I moved yesterday from DownTownHost to webfactor.ro.
The problem with DownTownHost was a over 160 minutes http downtime that the technical refused to confirm.
I use pingdom to check for web hosting quality.
Checking at 1 minute interval for http, mail, ping and DNS problems.
After that downtime and a response time over 48 hours I decided to move [...]

There servers are located in USA.
