pcsmarthosting.com change TOS and website design

I like to think that pcsmarthosting.com changed there TOS, also because of my pressure on webhostingtalk.com and on my blog.
I don’t know how much they improved the quality of service, they had a very good quality, also last time when I used them, but they did have a TOS that I did not liked.
And I wanted it to be changed, and it was changed.
PcSmartHosting is offering web hosting services, VPS and dedicated servers.
I think that there website design is better compared with the old one.
I think that this is a good thing.
I hope that all the companies that are using unfair TOS’s, will change them.
